No. Lane Equipment Company is not an authorized Taylor dealer, distributor, or warranty service provider, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Taylor Commercial Foodservice, Inc. or The Middleby Corporation. We sell Taylor equipment that we own as an independent reseller (without manufacturer warranty) and we service Taylorsoft serve, frozen beverage, milkshake, and grill equipment on an independent, out-of-warranty basis. Yes. Lane Equipment services Taylor soft serve, frozen beverage, milkshake, and grill equipment regardless of warranty status. You do not need an active Taylor warranty to use our service.
