- The #C001 is a single-flavor model with a 20-quart (18.9-liter) mix hopper. It features Separate Hopper Refrigeration (SHR) to maintain the mix below 41°F (5 °C). It has indicator lights for low mix, refrigeration on, pre-chill mode, and scraping/ejection motor on. The frozen product flows as a ribbon down a removable product chute to a separate dipping cabinet.
- The #C002 is a two-flavor model with two 20-quart (18.9 liter) mix hoppers, each with Separate Hopper Refrigeration (SHR). It also has similar indicator lights and removable product chutes. A Mix Flow Regulator with easy-to-read markings allows operators to adjust the amount of mix flowing into the freezing cylinder for proper consistency, and it is adjustable from the front, back, or side. This model requires two dedicated electrical connections and is designed for permanent connection. It also features two 2.0 HP Scraping/Ejection Motors and two 14,000 BTU/hr compressors (nominal rating) with a separate 400 BTU/hr R134a compressor for hopper refrigeration.
